 | Camera Difference

Hi I am new in the world of cinematography i dont know too much and this is why i came here, i have a question about the red camera :
Why is the red epic and other cinema cameras costing like 30K $, that's much money : for example if i buy the sony fdr-ax1 at 4K $ and a red epic camera with exactly the same lense of the sony, what will be the differences ?
Will i see big image quality difference on my 4k TV ?
