TV Simulator Issues

Hello Guys,

I need help with a current issue I am experiencing within Sony Vegas Pro 17.0. I've uninstalled and reinstalled over a hundred times trying to fix the issue since I thought it was the app itself. I've even searched youtube videos to see if someone had the same issue as me and nothing appeared

1. Go to %temp% in Windows and delete all entries where possible.
2. Hold down the CTRL + SHIFT keys at the same time AND ALSO AT THE SAME TIME double click Vegas program icon on Desktop to Boot program.
Window will pop up.
Select Delete all Cached Application Data and then press Yes.
This will restore program to Factory Default Settings.

Does this also include deleting the folders are only the temp files?

Please delete all in Windows %temp% that is deletable.

I did and it still doesn't show the full menu for tv simulator. :(

Are you using a PC monitor or a TV? A TV can truncate the viewing real estate.

Have you checked your screen resolution? Sometimes if it is greater than 100%, it will truncate some of the windows.

Up to now then, there is nothing wrong with Vegas application or Windows. You have cleared the %temp% folder and factory reset the video editing application. You need to investigate elsewhere than the above.
