Boutique post production audio facility in Hollywood is looking for a part time receptionist and personal assistant. Duties include greeting clients, administrative work, scheduling, answering phones, invoicing clients, errands and general assistant work.
We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented. Someone who is thoughtful and proactive. Must have a fun, outgoing personality and take work seriously. Reliability and flexibility are a must. Experience and an interest in post production audio is a big plus. Must be proficient with Apple computers and general office programs including Quick Books. Strong social media management skills also a plus. Would prefer someone who lives in a reasonable proximity to Hollywood. Pay is $12.00 / hour to start. Part Time but hours would average 6 a day, 5 days a week. If interested, please respond with resume and references.
