Multiple if/else statements

I have four check boxes. They are set up to turn each other off (driving visibility of layers), for example if 2 is turned off, 3 and 4 and turned off. If 3 is turned off, 4 is turned off.

I am trying to drive a time delay based on which switch is off. If switch 2 is off, I want a shorter delay than if all switches are on.

I have set up the time delay for the last layer (all layers on) and the time delay works correctly. How do I approach adding the other switches?

if(comp("Network Lineup").layer("Controller").effect("Network Logo 4")("Checkbox")==0)transform.yPosition;
else valueAtTime(time-.6);
