Hey --

Is there a way using expressions (or otherwise) to mimic the effect you would get from C4D's Target effector?

My scene involved a bunch of small diagonal lines (attachment for reference). I would like a null or some other layer to 'control' them by having them orient to the layer as it moves around. The tricky bit is that they should orient also based on proximity. Think like the needles on a compass × a magnet.

Is there any expression-based way to do this?
