Truck delay expression

Hello,

First of all, please excuse my mistakes, I am French... !
I have an AE project where I have to create animations of a truck.
Unfortunately, I can't create realistic movements.
My truck is in 2 parts, with the front and the trailer.
I tried to add some delay on the rotation, the front turns and the trailer follows, but for the position, if I put an expression to follow, it doesn't work, indeed the trailer moves at the same time as the front of the truck and it's not realistic. I don't know how to do it, do you have any ideas for me? I didn't find any examples on the web...

Thank you for your time and help!

delayFrames = 10;

delay = framesToTime(delayFrames);

thisComp.layer("FRONT").transform.yRotation.valueAtTime(time-delay)

Hi Gaetan Nix
Have you found a solution for this problem yet?
I have the same issue by animating a train with 3 wagons, which should smoothly follow a curvy path. Would be interesting to know, how you solved it. 😉
Regards
