Link Multiple markers to one marker
on Mar 25, 2019 at 6:54:55 pm

Hi, I love this forum and it saved me a lot of times, but this time I can't find the answer to my question:

I have different layers with a single marker each, is there a way to link all these markers to a single marker (on a Null Object) and control them all just by controlling only this single marker?

Here is the image:

These are all Text layers with a "TR In" marker which controls the duration of the animation and I want to link them all to a single marker on a null object.

No, you'd have to modify the expression on each layer to refer instead to your single marker.

Thank you Dan, what if all the animations are made by Animation Composer?

This is the expression created by Animation Composer. How can I edit it in a way that it is linked to the marker i want?

For example, I create a Null Object called Tr.Control with a marker.

Thank you

result = getAnimationComposerPresetValue();

I think you'd have to talk to the Mister Horse people.
