Those appear to be the match names of two parameters of a pseudo effect.

"Pseudo/" doesn't have any affect on the expression, it's part of the match name for that parameter, defined when the pseudo effect was created. When creating a pseudo effect, if you begin the effect's match name with "Pseudo/" any users of that effect (or preset including that effect) won't have to have the effect defined in their Preset Effects.xml file in order to avoid getting "missing effect" errors.
