How to disable the toggle behaviour of a button
on Aug 29, 2018 at 2:14:22 pm

Hi,

I have a simple question and really can't find a way to do it.

When I create a button the default behavior is:

1/ it is highlighted (light grey) when the mouse is over it.
2/ it stays blue once you clicked it.

I want to totally disable these 2 features. Like nothing happens when I am over the button and it stays the same after it has been clicked.

Does anyone have a solution?

My goal is to use ScriptUI.newImage (icons.a, icons.b, icons.c, icons.d) to deal with the different state of the button.
I don't want the default highlight on top of that.

I was looking in the toggle properties:
w.add ("iconbutton", undefined,path,{toggle: false});

But no success so far...

Thanks for your help!

var myButton1 = myPanel.grp.add("iconbutton",undefined,iconHelp,{style:"toolbutton",name:"myButton1"});
