Blend effect in after effects - individual parenting shape keyframes

Hi,

This is my first post but not my first time arround as a spectator!

I am trying to create something like a illustrator blend effect in after effects.
I was able to do the first part.
I have a comp3 (child.child) that has a shape morphing from key one to key two.
I then created a second comp2 (child) where I stacked it to give the blend effect look.
Then on comp1 (parent) I added comp 2 and I added a duplicate of the original shape morph from comp3.

Now I parented the the path of the shape in comp 3 to the path of the shape in comp 1.
So far so good, in comp one if i move arround the path in the first key or the last i get a visual feedback of the blend in real time.
This was what i was lookig for but it doesn't allow me to animate it since i can't change the keys or it will change the blend.

What I am looking for is for a way of using code to have two different shape layers controling individually 2 keys of a third shape layer!

I don't know if this makes sense but I would be very greatful if someone could help me out!

I am not posting any code below because i've tried a few things but all went to dead ends!

regards,
José
