There is a lot of informations/scripts on how to create a delay with multiple linked object.

But what I can't figure is a way for my delayed object to react in regard of the speed of my main object like if their was some "force" making him more ease?

What I try to achieve is this effect with the mouse and the circle following :


I found this application but I'm not experienced enough in Javascript to translate it to After Effect :

It's not simple, because unlike your JS code, expressions can't pass data from frame to frame. Although this isn't exactly what you're looking for, a brute force method like this might be useful:
