Have the scale change between two states dependent on if the audio amplitude is over a certain value.

Hi guys,
I'm having a little trouble in getting an expression to work.
What I need to do is have the scale of my 'Clouds' change to 250% if the audio amplitude is over 25 and if the audio amplitude is under 25, change to 216%. I've tried lots of different solutions, however I am brand new to expressions and would love some help :).

Assuming you have converted the audio to keyframes, something like this maybe:

a = thisComp.layer("Audio Amplitude").effect("Both Channels")("Slider");
s = a > 25 ? 250 : 216;
[s,s]
