Staggeringly simple wiggle question
on Jun 22, 2010 at 4:54:15 pm

Sorry about this - it's such an obvious thing that my searches are throwing up too many results...

How can I wiggle individual X,Y,Z values of a layer without separating them out? I know it'll be simple, so thanks for your help!

This example just wiggles y:

w = wiggle(1,100)-value;
[value[0],w[1],value[2]]

Is that what you mean?

Yes that's it...but when I use that expression it seems to lock the position to it's wiggle, if you see what I mean?

Normally you can wiggle an object and still have it go about its business on a path...but the above method seems to not let you move the object at all, beyond its wiggle?

You're right - sorry. Try it this way:

w = wiggle(1,200);
[value[0],w[1],value[2]]
