(Iroquois, Ontario Canada--March 18, 2011) Deqing TV Station in China has purchased their first digital HD OB Van. The new digital HD OB Van (8 channel) includes a Ross Vision 2 QMD Multi-Definition Production Switcher, openGear and a NK 32x32 Router used for remote/mobile News Production.
“Before the decision was made, we visited other TV Stations in Zhejiang that were using Ross production switchers and terminal equipment. We also evaluated many other brands before finally selecting the Vision switcher and other Ross products. The Vision is the most advanced switcher we have seen, it’s easy to operate as well as quick to learn and master. In addition, Ross has provided us with very cost effective and feature packed solutions that meet our needs and requirements,” said Mr Shen, Director of General Technical Office.
“We are very excited that Deging TV has selected Ross products for their new HD OB Van. The Vision Live Production Switcher is perfectly suited for this application, and its modular construction will give Deging TV a clear path to the future, providing many years of reliable service.” said Mr. Dae Yung Choe, Director of Sales – Asia Pacific, Ross Video. “The NK Router series is the newest addition to our product portfolio, ranging from 16x4 to 320x320 matrix. The field proven router line integrates very well with Ross’ Vision Production Switcher, adding one more reason to choose Ross Video for Live Production Solutions.”
