Output to Uncompressed 444 HD (10bit) MOV

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a short film project (editing and finishing with FCP), my client requested for an output format in Uncompressed 444 HD 10bit mov file, the closest I can output with FCP is the Blackmagic HDTV 1080p 10bit RGB 444, I would like to know if this the same as Uncompressed 444 HD 10bit codec? If it's not, can anyone advice on how to output to Uncompressed 444 HD 10bit mov?

sorry for such fundamental question, hope to hear from u guys, thanks a lot and much appreciated.

Yes, that is one option. I believe that codec has a luma shift that makes the encoded file darker. Export a short clip, import to FCP, and compare to the timeline.

The DPX codec is another potential option if available. Check with your client to be sure.
