Hi everyone,

I want to export a MPEG2 whit the CableLabs Profiles Specification whit compressor! But my problem here begin when I choose the codec MPEG2 in compressor.

When I'm in the Video Format of MPEG2 option, I can't change de video format... I only have the choice between NTSC, PAL, 720P,640x480 and others one.... It possible to make my custom choice ? For example : 528x480?

For more information about cable labs spec you can watch here :

http://www.cablelabs.com/projects/metadata/downloads/specs/MD-SP-VOD-CEP-I0...

just search 528 in the document you will find !

According to that document, the only acceptable sizes are 1080i and 480i.

May I ask what you need with such an odd sized MPEG-2?

Disregard my last post. I didn't read close enough.

I was not able to immediately solve this problem using either Compressor or MPEG Streamclip.

Good Luck.

P.S. In my experience, small changes in resolution like that will not change the file size much, or allow for much lower of a bit rate.
