I have a problem!

I have several clips of a person in front of an LCD monitor, and the monitor is flickering significantly enough to be quite distracting!

Is there any way to reduce this flickering of light in Premiere or After Effects?

Some sort of "destrobe" filter would help if there is anything like that...

One major part of the problem is that my subject is partially lit by this monitor, so the flickering light is on them too, meaning I cannot simply matte out the flickering monitor with a still image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You're not going to be able to balance the light flickering on the person without a huge amount of work. I would suggest reshooting. If reshooting isn't possible, try replacing the screen (tons of tutorials on screen replacement out there, a quick search should turn them up) and just living with the flickering light on the person.
