I can't see the video due to restrictions on the network where I work, but I'll answer in case others are busy.
It sounds like you have an unregistered plugin. What third-party effects are you using? If this is the issue, you'll either have to register your plugin or find an alternate way to achieve the effect you're after with the built-in AE effects.

[ricardo pontes] "Is there a way to find out which plugins im using or missing?"

You should be able to see that X in your AE comp. Go to that point in time, and start turning effects on and off on the visible layers until you find the offending effect.

It sounds as if you installed the tryout plugins from the AE installation disk.

As Michael says, you're looking at an unregistered plugin.
You're either trying to use a tryout plugin, or you bought a plugin but did not register it properly.

Are you going to keep us in suspense about the identity of this mystery plugin?

What if we know different ways to accomplish virtually the same thing in AE with NO third-party plugins?

Glad it's working now. If you recently installed AE 10 but haven't updated it yet, you should. Go Help>Update. AE 10.0 straight out of the box was just a bit buggy. The updates cure a lot of problems.
