I want to change the colour for a region of a particular layer, but have a gradient of intensity for it, as in "very changed" gradually turning to "normal". How would I do this please?

Thanks in advance.

Make an adjustment layer, mask off the area you want to be color corrected, do your color correction, and animate the opacity of the adjustment layer.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. This is perfect. However, what I meant was not a gradient over time, but where the opacity is less towards the edges of the mask.

Sorry I probably didn't it explain it properly.

Thanks a lot.

Feather the mask.
