Wire Removal in CS4

Could someone point me to a guide on using the built in wire removal plugin in CS4? The Frame Offset doesn't seem to work as I'd like/imagine...

Thanks!

From the help file [link] Documentation for the Cycore FX plug-ins is available on the Cycore website [link].

Although the help projects there don't really help much, it was just an example of how to use the displace setting, and what I'm trying to work out is the frame displace. Interesting to know about though, thanks :o)
