Create a mess of random numbers

I want to create random numbers filling my entire canvas and all changing.. either counting up and down or just switching randomly, it doesn't matter to me, but i would like each instance to vary in size.

I tried to use the Numbers effect, but every number effect on my canvas seems to generate the same number (multiplied by the offset), which does not create the chaos I was looking for.

I was hoping to have the numbers bouncing around the screen as well, but I may not worry about that if it's too difficult.

I was also hoping to add the reverse of something like this..http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e/ae49_e.html# where the numbers coalesce into an image.

Any ideas on the easiest/best method do acheive something like that

Like this?

1804_randomnumberbounce.aep.zip

An expression randomizes the numbers which are used by CC Particle World set to bounce.

That is wonderful!
I will just need to figure out how to make the numbers change themselves

Just change the Texture Time setting in Particle World to From Start.

Sounds like you are going with sort of a Matrix type look, which coicidentally, I was playing with this weekend.

I have this Motion Designers kit (number 3) which has several versions of that look as custom built animations. It's from the digital juice site. Might not be worth the purchase for just the one effect but there are tons of other things as well.

Although, now I plan to try the method above and see if I get the same result.
