Im working on a nice little school project about the elements like water and fire, and ive hit a dead end road
REALISTIC FIRE MANIPULATION

i am basically trying to emulate these:

and

The second one is basically Action Essentials 2, which ive hapilly purchaced and has saved my life on many occasions <3
but im trying to create fire like in the second video, it seems to be manipulated with 3D Stroke, but im not sure
IF YOU CAN, PLEASE CREATE AN AFTER EFFECTS TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DO THIS, OR JUST THE FILE, AND I CAN WORK IT FORM THERE
Thanks again, and god speed because my deadline is racing fast

Here's an Adobe Community search on fire in AE. [link]
And here's what you get if you just type fire in the AE help search box. [link]
And here's a search here on the COW for fire. [link]
And here's the tutorial section on the COW dealing with fire. [link]

Besides all the great links Michael posted, you may want to look into Particle Illusion- great fire presets.
