Pixelation in Render

On my main timeline, I have roughly 6-7 pre-comps.
All except one renders perfectly. The mov file renders in Best settings - Full resolution and Best Quality. The mov file looks good until that one pre-comp. Its pixelated.
So I rendered only that pre-comp and that too is rendering with pixelation. I created all of my artwork in same resolution in Photoshop and imported in After Effects. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. This has never happened before.

Thanks in advance.

Any chance you've got the resolution of the comp set to something other than 100%?

Resolution is FULL like all other compositions.

I'm guessing it looks fine in RAM previews, correct?
Any chance you've turned on OpenGL rendering?
What sort of footage is in this comp? What codecs, etc.?
What effects have you applied in this comp?
