Hi ya,

I would like to come up with a fancy video which will use my basic skills in Cinema 4D and my fair skills in AE. Is there a tut (that I cant find) where I can have a 3D logo (from C4D) and then use it somehow with 3D stoke in After effects.

Basically I would like to use the same camera etc.

Where is this tut please?

Kind wishes

I don't know of any tutorials, but I do know you will have to be careful.

Animations from C4D don't retain their 3D properties. They're 2D images, so an AE camera that orbits around a C4D image will see a flat image.

But the good news is that you can export C4D camera data for use in an AE camera, so with a bit of planning, you can use both 3D Stroke and your C4D animations together, giving the illusion of an all-3D picture.
