I've been looking at some tutorials and not a lot of it is helping. Maybe it is and i just don't understand. I am turning a 2d video project i did last year into a 3d version this year (work project). I am using the perspective 3d glasses. There isn't any camera angles or anything like that involved. Its mainly just still images with video playing inside. It's a comic kind of video where the footage is played inside the frame. I have some screenshots showing the movie. I'm also showing you the settings i used with the "3D Glasses". If there's any tutorials you believe would help me, please let me know! Check out the 3d image first and see if that looks anywhere to 3d. Must have red/blue 3d glasses.

From what I know, the plug-in you're trying to use is meant to work when you actually have a 3d comp ( layers in 3d space) and not to convert 2d to 3d.
In order to do that you need to fake it. Here's the first in a great series of tutorials on how to do that:

That one sorta helps, i guess thats the best im going to get. I learned about he 3D glasses from this tutorial: http://web.me.com/pxlguy/AEtutorials/tutorial-1.html

he also used a 2d image to pull it off, his is just a little more complex =x. I didnt even know you can script in AE.

[Alex Kittavong] "he also used a 2d image to pull it off, his is just a little more complex =x."

He may have started with a 2D image, but to get meaningful stereoscopy, you need a true 3D scene. The tutorial you linked to only mentions this in passing, but that 2D image of a house was re-constructed in 3D with a technique called camera projection.
