how to keep vectors sharp, inside of a pre-comp

I'm confused.....
is there a way to pre-comp vector objects, and then use a camera to move through Z-space while keeping the vectors nice and sharp. I know you use the continuously rasterize button on layers, but i'd like to be able to pre-comp a bunch of layers, and then have the control to move freely around them without degenerating their image.

thanks!

[dean chapman] "i'd like to be able to pre-comp a bunch of layers, and then have the control to move freely around them without degenerating their image."

When you precomp a bunch of 3D layers in a 3D Comp, the resulting comp becomes a 3D OBJECT -- it acts like a piece of footage, with 2D layers arranged in 3D space -- in the main comp when you turn on the collapse transformations/continuously rasterize switch.

To keep vector layers sharp, that same switch has to be turned on for each layer in the precomp.
