I have PSD (CS4) with over 200 layers I need to export each as jpeg to bring into iMovie (don't ask) to make a slideshow with funky transitions.
I can't find a way to export multi layers from photoshop and I thought I'd import into AE, make them all one second in duration in one timeline, and now I can't figure out how to export multi points in the timeline. I thought I did this ears ago in AE. IS this possible in AE?
Any other easy way to do this without exporting EACH layer individually from PS?
Set it to "layer in and out points" and it will render every selected layer in a composition to it's own file. You will need to set up a render template first so that the script can access your jpeg render settings.
Always more than one way to skin a cat:
Select all of your layers and trim them to be one frame long. (Move the CTI one frame forward and press atl+] to trim)
Sequence your layers using the handy Sequence layers keyframe assistant
Then render your composition as a JPEG sequence.
