Hi

I have a circle, made by Ellipse Tool and I want it to be a mask on another layer (shape and position-wise).

How do I convert a current shape into a mask, to keep the exact same proportions and position of it?

Thanks in advance

Make a circle mask on a solid, then double-click it to activate the Free Transform tool. You can then move and size the mask to match the shape.
