Hi there,

Would it be possible to do a face warp using the puppet tool in some way?
So say, I have footage of a talking person and I want to distort the face in a very precise way, then would there be a way to use the puppet tool and have it applied on the full footage?
( I was educated as a photographer, so forgive me..)

Hey, you can always try it. But as a still photographer, you rarely work with motion video. The human face is always in motion, so your puppet pins would rarely, if ever, be over the spots where you want them.

It's not a bad idea for stills, however....

Distortion is always tricky. Have you seen this (very popular) tutorial?

bit of a late thanks! But it really worked for me. Though I was wondering.... Is there a way to do the liquify on an adjustment layer and parent it to a tracker null? (Demon face warp works fine, but more control is always good) For one or another reason, the mesh doesn't folow the adjustment layer it's on... ?
