3 minute animation with continuos camera movements

Hello:

I Would like to know if any of you guys has an advice to animate long and continuos camera movements inside After Effects. I'm just looking for the most efficient way to achieve this.

Thanks for the advice, I guess I going to have to use a lot of pre-comps to organize everything and also to do faster renders.
