Hello all. I am quite new new to After Effects having been using Apple Motion.
I wondered if somebody could let me know the basic settings and set up for my machine. Setting ram allocation and what not. All help appreciated.

MaC Pro 2.8 Ghz Quad-core Intel Xeon
Memory : 10GB 800 Mhz DDR2 FB-DIMM
OsX 10.5.8

Thanks.

Andy.

You'll get a more useful response if you tell us the precise version of AE you're running. You'll find it in the "About After Effects" panel when you start the application.
