Playing back HD footage

Before anyone would start pointing fingers at me, this is not an advertisement. It's just the simple fact that I was in the dark before and now I found the light - through another forum and simply want to share it.
I use QT Pro, DivX player, and VLC (in addition to the occasional WMP), but someone pointed out about Splash Player in a photography forum that can play various formats but where it really shines is playing back HD footage.
If you have not seen it, I can recommend giving it a try. The 1920x1080 60i playback is just absolutely incredible. Totally smooth.
