Not finding any 720p/50 let alone 720p/25 AE projects for sale.
Can someone help me locate something in that frame rate or suggest alternatives?
I've got footage shot in the UK that needs a splashy opener.

Okay am I missing something? Is it really that easy to conform a 720p project or a 1080 project for that matter to any frame rate?

It depends on the nature of the project.

Does it contain video? If it's NTSC, you'll have to convert the footage frame rate.

No video? it's largely a matter of duplicating the comp, changing the frame rate on the duplicate if necessary, then moving keyframes and perhaps changing expressions.

And if it's 1080 PAL, just nest the thing in a 720 comp. Scale the nested comp to fit the new comp size.

scott tupperUpdated-convert 1080/29.97 template to 1080/25

Please excuse the mess, I'm just the guy trying to make it all work.

We have already produced 3 projects using this 1080i template that contains dropzones for 720 content and now we have a 4th project for the UK.

The footage was shot 720p/50 (client is still discussing whether or not we output from FCP at 50 or 25, the look has not been defined yet.)

The final output most likely will be PAL DVD due to viewing constraints. Sound will be added in FCP, music only.

Can I easily change my main render comp to from 29.97 to 25, then change my subcomps (dropzones) to 25 and drop the main render comp into a PAL SD comp for final render?

I'll say it for you, AARRRGGGHHHHH!
