Easy question-turning off guides

I can't seem to get rid of the grey criss cross lines on the composition. Anyone know how to make them disappear?

I couldn't really see much but those XX seem to me like something from a plug-in running on demo mode.

But than again the pic is pretty awful.

Are you using some demo plug-in on the scene?
