Check size of addressable/useable memory

I know it's slightly off the topic theme, but thought maybe some seasoned people might know.
Is there a feature in Windows 7 Ultimate that can conclusively determine how much actual useable/addressable (not physically installed) memory is available to the system for running applications? Or is there a safe mem testor program that could do this?
