Hey everyone,

I have 2 seperate pieces of footage that have already been keyed out, MOV's with alpha channel.

One piece of footage that has been keyed very nicely, with a very good furry edge. However the other piece of footage wasn't keyed correctly or was re-composited in a 3D program or something- i have no clue why it's so different.

I need to get the "bad keying" to look similair to the good footage-

I've tried CC hair, tried feathering the edges, inner glow + overlys, etc but I'm not satisfied with any results yet. What would be your approach to fixing this?

Any ideas would be awesome! Thanks.

that looks exactly like roughen edges. also the bad key lost detail. you could try fractal noise or sharpen to bring in some noise. also. there's random holes you could simply draw with pen tool.

Try to use: "Remove color matting"
Sometimes it solves everything.
