archiving files- packaging them all up

I was wondering if there was a way to package an after effects project the same way you can package an in design file-

like pulling all your sources files in the project into one folder for archiving....


Anyone have suggestions on how they achieve this?

AE calls it "Collect Files." Here's the Adobe livedoc for more information.
