With adobe after effects I am currently producing wedding picture videos.
If I want to run 6 videos at 10 seconds a piece for the first hour,
Then on the second hour I want to run 5 videos for 12 seconds a piece
How do I program after effects to automatically adjust?

[Smith Jeffrey] "How do I program after effects to automatically adjust? "

Whaaaa? Have you ever even USED After Effects before?

Did you not realize that it has always been an effects and compositing application, and has never been nor currently is a program playback application?

Do you not understand one tiny little flaw in your thinking, namely that YOU HAVE TO RENDER EVERYTHING YOU DO IN AFTER EFFECTS, and you're proposing to render two hours of repeating video?

Go find yourself a magic wand. You'll have better luck with it.

Drag the six 10-second videos into a comp in order and render that.
Drag the five 12-second videos into another comp and render that.

Take each of those videos into an editing app and copy/paste/copy/paste until you have an hour for each video. Export each hour-long video, then compress to MPEG-2 if you want a DVD.

That's one way.
