Everytime I make a movie in Adobe After effects the program would make the movie file WAY TOO big in size.

As in a 2 minute long video is over 15 gigs when I've seen movie files of that length with as good quality in less that size.

So what file compressor do any of you use when you've made your movie threw After Effects. I want to compress them for watching it in my computer and make it downloadable to any video site like vimeo and youtube.

Thanks in advance to anyone reading this post.

Common compression applications include Adobe Media Encoder, Sorenson Squeeze, and Apple's Compressor, which comes bundled with Apple Final Cut Suite.

You should know that compressing files is as much an art as a technique, so it wouldn't hurt to visit the COW's Compression Techniques forum.
