Stutter effect, how to create it
on Sep 4, 2009 at 1:28:03 pm

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to recreate the stutter that you get when ram preview doesn't work and the player is stuck.
I am assuming time remapping is the best place to start?

Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks!!!

How about the Posterize Time effect?

Thanks Dave!!

That looks interesting, I am trying to do something similar to Max Headroom, (when he's stuck).

Cheers

Luca

You are right - head for "time remapping".

Set your first keyframes and then just copy and paste them ([CTL] C; [CTL] V) down the time line to make the repeated stutter.

Good luck...
