Is there a way to see what images are in a sequence after changing its name in the Project?

I have brought in multiple image sequences that had very long and complicated naming structures. I renamed them all in my Project window, but now need to reference which ones belong to which sequences. I know when I first imported the sequences, After Effects named the sequences with a handy [000-200] at the end of them to identify which images were in a specific sequence. I'm simply wondering if there's a way to find that information still after having renamed the sequences.

Thanks for any help on this!

Not sure if it is the most convenient way, but Interpret Footage -> Main... window will have the original file name in its title.

Exactly what I needed -- thank you! 😁
