Photos in frames (lots!)

Howdy.

Doing a family photo montage in AE CS4. Two picture frames, 70 photos each. My idea was/is having them, the photos, dissolve behind each frame, from one photo to the next. All over a background. This will also be in 3D. Simple enough, I think. But...

Is there some kind of expression (or something else) that could orchestrate this without having to make my fingers numb from typing in the transitions? I know zilch about expressions and failed poorly at algebra, if that is what expressions use...

Gracias in advance!

If you build a precomp of all your photos, you can use the Sequence Layers keyframe assistant to lay them all out in time, with overlap and a dissolve:
