I have an interesting problem and I'd love to get the community's input.
The overall effect I'd like to create is to dissolve video footage of a skyline into a 3d "digital landscape" with tracked shape points along the edges of the buildings in 3d space. One simple approach I considered was to use the 3d camera solver and convert its 3d track points to null objects, then parent any shape of my choosing to the null object. This should create the bare-bones structure of a 3d scene rather easily. Unfortunately I can't find a way to export individual 3d track point data. Do any of you know whether this is possible? Any alternative approaches you can think of?
