Assuming you're startint with a proper model that has a "glass" material on top of the screen...
Tweek the reflection values and maybe change to an environment that has a little bit more sharp changes to it.
Gradients in your background could bring more focus to it.
Increase the middle curves a bit.
A little sharpen.
Some low opacity overlays to bring it all together.
Remember that its the reflection during the animation that will bring more realism to it.
