Hi,
is there a way to set accurately the region of interest by entering values for the position width and height ?
Thank you
Yaniv

[Yaniv Cahoua] "is there a way to set accurately the region of interest by entering values for the position width and height ?"

as a pre-process? unfortunately No. you can see what they are but not enter them:

as a post-process, you can access it in the render settings but I find it useful for just using the render queue to render the crop area and see the measurements...

and as Dave says, if you want to change the composition dimensions, you should do this in the composition settings.

feel free to ask for this feature and make Ae better for all of us: http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

you can show the ruler (view>show ruler) which can help in drawing the region of interest, then crop the comp, then go into the comp settings and make them exact...

Move your Region to the left-top corner
Resize it as u need, you will find exact dimensions/size of it on the Info Panel(it will go from zero, which is convenient)
After size set Move it to the position u need, use its border to grab it to avoid shape/size destortion
Done!
