Animated Text Problems (strobing?)

Greetings,

TIA for responses.

This seems like something I shouldn't have to post about, but I can't describe the problems accurately enough to trouble-shoot it on google. I am starting a info graphic type of project, most of them are fly-throughs but I wanted a few to be 2D Left to Right or Top to Bottom.

So I tinkered with this and did a port just to check the speed and what it looks like and I get this garbage 'strobing effect' which renders the text practically unwatchable. Here is a clip of my render:

I am sure this is stupidly simple to fix, but I don't know how to look it up in the first place. What is the cause of this.... is it just math and how we interpret the image or have a missed some magic little check mark?

Input and hot-links to fix the problems will be greatly appreciated.

Best,

D.M. Rosemark

If you're moving text that fast, you will have to turn on Motion Blur - it's the only option to avoid strobing.
