I would like to create a falling rose petals. I don't know how to create that can anyone help me to create such effect? If any video and or any source which would help me to create such effects would be appreciated as well.

Once again, I would really appreciate if you guys help me out here.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but using a custom sprite in Trapcode Particular is a good place to start. Find a few different rose petal images and even export some animating rotation to use as the particles.

I am trying to create something like in this video. Also later I wanted to add some photos or a video in between this effect. Do you have any reference or any tutorial video through which I can understand how can I create this?

The example you posted looks like real rose petals shot at a high frame-rate... From a quick google search, here is an example of creating falling particles in After Effects. Simply swap out the confetti for rose petals.
