Hello, Is there any method in After Effects, to blend effects not using Adjustment Layer but directly in Effect Controls of a layer? For example - 4-color gradient have option for blending, Ramp effect has not. Thanks.

Use the Compositing Options feature, added in Ae CC 2014. Select the layer in the timeline, hit the E key to reveal its effects, twirl open your Gradient Ramp effect, twirl open Compositing Options, and adjust the Effect Opacity to taste. (You can also select the layer, hit Ctrl+F on Windows or Cmd+F on macOS to enter the search box, and type 'effect opacity').

If you need access to this in the Effects Control Panel instead of the timeline, you can add a Slider Control to the layer and, then alt+click the stopwatch next to Effect Opacity, then pickwhip to the Slider Control's Slider property.
