Hello community, long time reader, first post.
I'm quite newbie in after effects and as any newcomer i'm struggling to deal with movement curves.
I'm trying to animate the parabolic movement of an arrow shot into the sky and it looks a bit off,
Could you please point me in the right direction or at least show me a tutorial?

This was my result, the problem is that the arrow fires very fast and then it seems to stop midair

Many thanks to you all

You are animating the speed graph, not the value graph. That means you're manipulating the rate of change, not the value itself.

I'd separate dimensions [link], animate X separately from Y, and use the value graph [link].
