Difference between videos frames in project window and in timeline?
on Aug 17, 2016 at 3:29:22 am

I have a composition that is 14 frames per second. I imported an flv, in the Project window it says the flv is 1:11 seconds long at 14 frames per second. However, when I drag ithe flv onto the timeline, it only covers 12 frames (the timeline is 15 frames long).

I'm curious why there is a discrepancy between the flv's length listed in the Project window and it's length in the timeline? Thank you for any suggestions.

In the project pane, highlight the problem clip. Go File>Interpret>Main. Look at the clip's frame rate. Change it as necessary. Put it in a comp with the corresponding frame rate.

Life should be good.
